Engine 63-13 relocates to New Hackensack FD

Roosevelt FD Engine 63-13 and a crew of firefighters were relocated to the New Hackensack FD. at 15:50 hrs. New Hackensack firefighters and equipment were operating, along with several other emergency services, at the scene of an airplane crash off Rt. 376 opposite the Dutchess County Airport.

Roosevelt stood-by at New Hackensack firehouse to cover that fire district for a couple hours.  New Hackensack along with LaGrange, East Fishkill, Hughsonville, New Hamburg and Dutchess County Airport Crash/Rescue were assisted on scene by Town of Wappinger EMS and Mobile Life Support EMS.  Also on scene were Dutchess County Sheriffs and New York State Police, as well as Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response.
